RICK BROOKWELL – CFO and Corporate Counsel Before joining Brookwell McNamara Entertainment as it’s Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel, Rick Brookwell spent ten years as the CFO of Greystone Television and Films and its affiliates.  His responsibilities included oversight of the production finance as well as all of the tax and accounting of those entities.  In addition, he was responsible for all of the companies banking relationships which included major credit facilities and all of the audited financial reporting.  He also structured and oversaw all of the entities production agreements with the networks and implemented and achieved the profit goals for each individual series production.  He has served as Executive Producer on many Greystone projects, most recently on two theatrical films for private entity clients. Brookwell was previously a partner in a national law firm based in Los Angeles where his practice concentrated on business litigation and valuation issues with respect to going concerns.
